Aaron Torres is a Cuban-Puerto Rican performer originally from the 305, Miami, Florida, and now based in New York City. A musical theatre artist and dancer, Aaron brings a unique combination of strong technique and the rhythm and flavor of his Miami roots to every stage he steps onto.

Aaron is currently completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Dance at the Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts in Connecticut. .Growing up with the Roxy Theatre Group, Aaron spent six years on their competitive dance team, training and competing at regional and national competitions. He also performed as a member of their Voice Team in musical revues aboard cruise ships. His passion for musical theatre began when he was cast as Scuttle in his elementary school production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, sparking a love for storytelling through acting, singing, and dance that has continued to shape his life.

For Aaron, being a performer is about more than simply being onstage. It is about bringing his full self into the room — his culture, his joy, his work ethic, his humor, and the unmistakable energy of Miami. He hopes to continue building a career that allows him to tell honest stories, make people feel something, and bring a little bit of that 305 spice wherever he goes.
